"Bill changes the narrative that building owners suck to deal with. He’s attentive and kind, he checks in and makes sure things are comfortable and working properly. I’ve only had one small issue in the building - slow bathroom drain and a screw loose in one of the bathroom stalls - that he took care of in a timely fashion once notified. The buildings are clean and well kept and the prices are completely fair and you get a lot of value with your rent. He keeps positive relationships with his tenants, and is easy to communicate with.
